About Me

Hey, Y'all! I'm Kaylee!
Originally from Cary, North Carolina, Kaylee Terrell Sandelin is a recent graduate of Belmont University, where she received her BFA in Musical Theatre with an emphasis in Vocal Performance. Bitten by the theatre bug early in life, Kaylee has had the opportunity to perform around the nation.
Her time in the Raleigh/Durham area also provided Kaylee with an opportunity that solidified her desire to tell stories professionally. In 2017, she was a Best Actress Nominee for her portrayal of Elle Woods (Legally Blonde) in the National High School Musical Theatre Awards’ Jimmy Awards.
Her love for performing later resulted in her receiving the Emerging Talent Award from the Kurt Weill Foundation’s Lotte Lenya Competition in 2019, as well as earning a Collegiate Finalist spot in the Hal Leonard Competition of 2019.

Additionally, Kaylee has performed alongside various artists, like Kristin Chenoweth and Chris Lee. She's also been featured in PBS’ televised productions of Christmas at Belmont, with Sheryl Crow, Michael W. Smith, and CeCe Winans.
Some of Kaylee’s most recent credits include Alice Murphy in Bright Star (Belmont University), Queen Gertrude in Hamlet: Remix (Belmont University; Dir. Joel Kirk & Music Dir.
